Democrats Win One More Battle for US Senate Seat
A Minnesota state court ruled late Monday, April 13th that Al Franken is the winner of the contested election for the US Senate seat in Minnesota, by 312 votes.
Each time there is a ruling, Franken's margin seems to increase slightly.
Franken's opponent, frmr Sen. Norm Coleman, is threatening to appeal to the MN Supreme Court, which could delay a decision for another month or more, denying Minnesota full representation in the US Senate.
